Since the trail on this trip offers many challenges as it ascends to an altitude of 6,189 meters, It doesn’t require a great deal of previous climbing experience but it is better if climbers have previous climbing experience or prior training. Our trip itinerary on the Island Peak Climbing includes plenty of time to acclimatize. However, we do urge our clients to remain cautious regarding any symptoms of altitude sickness. During the autumn (September to November) and spring (March to May) are the best time to climb Island Peak.
