Terms & Conditions
Please read and understand this term & conditions section carefully before declaration of booking trip with us. We strongly suggest that you also check our trip itinerary, cost included and excluded.
1. Booking & Payment
Travelers can book by completing the form on the website or by sending email to [email protected] or what’s app in given number. When the booking is confirmed clients require to pay an advance of 30% of the total price to secure a booking. Once you pay an advance deposit, we will issue a confirmation invoice and then the outstanding amount should be paid upon arriving in Kathmandu.
Remarks: Please note that when paying by bank transfer, bank charges must be borne by the clients.
2. Cancellation Policy
Once the trip is booked, we need to arrange accommodation, transportation, guide and necessary staff that require for the trip. However, travellers have the right to cancel the trip, for that traveller must inform by email, when the cancellation is made by clients, the refund procedure will be in basis for calculating the compensation. Which will be carried out as follows.
Cancellation 30 days to 2 months – 20% of trip cost
Cancellation 15-30 days before departure – 40% of trip cost
Cancellation 15 days before departure – 50% of trip cost
The cost of Climbing Permits already purchased so it will be not- refundable.
Note: The last minute booking can be made only up to 10 days before the trip. We do not charge for late booking but we will require full payment when booking your trip.
3. Travel Insurance
Travellers need compulsory purchase travel insurance before travelling to an overseas country. Travellers insurance must provide cover against medical expenses, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation with full coverage of all categories, etc. So, we strongly recommend that trekkers must have comprehensive travel insurance to join our trips.
The price of the trip does not include travel insurance; all costs for emergency evacuation must be paid in cash in Nepal unless an insurance company has agreed to pay the costs on your behalf.
4. Early Termination of a trek
Sometimes trekkers finish ahead of schedule due to health or any other personal reasons. In these cases, we do not provide any refund for days when the trek is not used. Our costs are the same as our guides and porters are obliged to pay for the time they do. Also, if trekkers wish to travel alone by creating a detail, we will not accept the word conditions in those terms, but he/she will have the self-need to cover all expenses during the trek. Porter is charged an additional $ 20 per day if needed.
5. Travel documentation
When the booking & payment is done by travellers, we require client passport photocopy for arranging permits, TIMS Card, booking hotels and flight booking. Travellers must bring necessary documents to include passport, passport size photo, ID card, travel insurance with family contact details.
6. Extra Charge
All our trips packages price are shown on the website in US Dollar, we are guaranteed to provide service on the basis of costs included and excluded. Please feel free to contact us if any confusion about our service. Also, if trekkers do not wish to share the room with others with our participants, an additional room charge should be paid on their own. Any additional costs incurred due to deviation from the itinerary by the clients should be pay directly by trekkers.
All our trips are run by a leader/guide and all the decision of the leader/guide is final on all subjects. During the trip, if trekkers have any concern or complaints about the travel/service while travelling, you must notify your leader/guide as soon as possible so that they can rectify the situations. Besides, if you have any further complaints can be made to us via email or telephone.
8. Factors beyond our Control
Factors beyond our control, every effort will be made to adhere to the schedule, but most ventures will be in remote mountainous areas. We cannot guarantee that unforeseen factors will affect travel such as flight delays, bad weather, natural disasters and the health of team members. Please be flexible in these situations.
9. Optional activities
If trekkers want any optional activities before beginning the trip or end or trip, please inform us. Option activities are not included in the trip prices. We arrange the extra activities according to your needs/plan.
